A- Patients with heart disease and diabetes.
B- Patients with diabetes, chronic kidney diseases, and thyroid disease.
C- The patient has chronic liver disease, diabetes, and heart failure.
D- Patient gastritis, hypertensive, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
E- Patient paralysis, hypertensive and diabetic.
